Where does Personal Picks deliver to?
We deliver to the Gauteng Region. For queries outside of Gauteng please contact us on info@personalpicks.co.za
How long do deliveries take for orders placed on weekdays and weekends?
Orders placed by 09h00 Monday to Friday will be delivered the same day.
Orders placed by 13h30 Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day.
Orders placed on Friday (after 09h00), on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be
delivered on Monday. Some outlying areas may take longer due to no facility to allow for same
day and overnight deliveries.
Is there an option to order online and collect?
There is no collection option available.
Is it possible to cancel an order and will I be refunded for a canceled order?
Yes, it is possible to cancel an order, only if the order is not yet out on delivery.

Yes, if cancellation of the order was before the order is out on delivery, and if so, refunds will
take approx. 7 days, or a credit may be held for a future purchase. Please contact us on
info@personalpicks.co.za to cancel an order and arrange for a refund or credit.
Who is eligible to purchase vape products on the website?
Vaping is for adults of age 18 years or older and not for sale to under 18’s. By purchasing on
this website you confirm that you are of adult age (18 years or older).
On which day of the month are subscriptions delivered ?
Subscriptions are delivered at no delivery charge on the first Wednesday of every month.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you have the flexibility to skip months as desired. Please visit your account to manage your subscription preferences.
My vape is a dud, what is the return policy?
There is no warranty for disposable vapes however Personal Picks will assist with analysing defect queries within 24 hours of delivery. Please open your disposable and ensure that it is working and notify us immediately of any issues you may have.
